Case Study

One pool company. Two brands. Live in six weeks.

Optima by Desert Springs · Las Vegas, NV · Launched March 2026

A build study, not a performance study. Optima launched as a real market test with nothing sold in advance, so there are no revenue claims on this page by design. It inherits its numbers when there is a month worth standing on.

The Optima by Desert Springs website, showing all-inclusive pool packages with published prices
What we shipped
01 6 wks Name, brand and site to live start to launch
02 $49,810 Entry package price, published on the page, not behind a form
03 0 Pools sold before launch a real market test, not a warm start
04 100% Of leads graded from day one tracking wired before traffic
What we ran

Everything, on one system.

Custom-coded end to end and theirs outright. The code, the domain and the whole folder leave with Desert Springs if they ever want them to.

Website
The story

A second brand, built to sell a pool like a product.

01 · What was broken

A product line with nowhere to live

Desert Springs wanted to sell a packaged pool line: fixed packages, fixed prices, fast builds. Running it under the custom brand would have dragged that brand downmarket, and pricing a bespoke builder against a packaged one confuses everyone who lands on the site.

02 · What we built

The name, the brand, and a site that sells like a product page

All of it. The name and lockup, drawn so the sub-line can detach if Optima outgrows its parent. The brand system. A custom-coded site with published package prices, a package builder, a financing calculator and a refundable deposit at the end. Tracking went in before the first visitor.

03 · Where it stands

Launched clean, measured from zero

Nothing was sold before launch and that was the point. A market test only tells you something if you start it empty. Because every lead is attributed from the first visitor, this study inherits its numbers the moment there is a month worth standing on.

The angle

Every pool builder hides the price.
Optima publishes it.

Ask a Las Vegas pool builder what a pool costs and you get a consultation, not a number. The whole category runs on call for pricing, which protects the quote and wastes everyone’s time.

Optima publishes the packages, shows financing as a monthly number, and puts a refundable deposit at the end. The only people who reach a salesperson have already decided.

All-inclusive packages from $49,810 or $386/mo No “call for pricing.”
