Three Generations Improvements had run agencies before and never got consistency. The unlock was not a channel or a tactic. It was repositioning who they are. A past client, and these numbers are from that engagement.
Flat fee. Ad spend on their card, straight to Google. No percentage of spend, month-to-month from day one.
3Gi had been through agencies without ever getting results they could rely on. Their pages and ad copy blended in with every other exterior contractor in the market, and the leads arriving were not the clients they wanted. What actually set them apart, three generations of the same family working under one name, appeared nowhere at all.
We rebuilt the positioning around the lineage and led the landing page with it. Google Ads and Local Service Ads went behind messaging aimed at homeowners who value work that gets passed down rather than the cheapest quote. Optimization ran for consistency rather than spikes, with regular check-ins and reporting that rebuilt some trust in marketing generally.
Three dollars back for every one in, held month after month, with a lifetime conversion rate of fifteen percent. The channels were ordinary. The difference was that the ads finally said something only 3Gi could say.
Three Generations Improvements was running ads that could have belonged to any contractor in the country, while carrying a differentiator in the name that nobody else could copy.
So we stopped selling the service and started selling the lineage. Same budget, same channels, a completely different kind of lead.
“These guys are the best. They truly care about their clients’ results and are very communicative, setting up the campaign and holding frequent meetings to measure results and make tweaks when needed.”
