DUO Digital Unveils Full Rebrand — and a Bigger Bet on Home Services

Today we're officially launching the new DUO Digital brand — new identity, new site, same obsession with results for home service businesses.

This isn't a cosmetic refresh. It's the outward expression of a company that's evolved significantly over the past two years, and a signal about where we're headed next.

The Origin Story Most People Don't Know

About two years ago, a founder we'd been working with on the SaaS side exited his company. He was an architect by trade and wanted to start a home remodeling business. He asked us to help him launch it.

We had no reason to do anything different, so we applied the exact same playbook we'd used on his app company. Paid acquisition, full-funnel strategy, conversion infrastructure.

The results were kind of insane. Over $1M in pipeline in the first 90 days.

That was the moment. The strategy, tactics, and client care that is somewhat common in software marketing are practically foreign in home services. The bar is low. The upside is massive.

From Experiment to $40M+ in Client Revenue

Since that first project, we've gone all-in on home services. Roofing, HVAC, remodeling, construction, plumbing, landscaping — the trades that keep this country running.

The numbers tell the story:

  • $40M+ in revenue generated for the businesses we work with
  • 11 case studies with documented, measurable results
  • 6 industries with deep vertical expertise
  • A full-stack system — paid media, landing pages, SEO, tracking, intake optimization — designed specifically for how home service businesses grow

We didn't pivot to home services because it was trendy. We stayed because the work matters and the results are undeniable.

Why Rebrand Now

The old brand was fine. It served us well. But it didn't reflect who we've become or where we're going.

We partnered with Sean Ashlow and the team at Anchovies to build a brand that matches the energy and ambition of what we're building. The result is bold, opinionated, and built to stand out in an industry where most agencies look the same.

A huge thank you to Sean and his team for bringing this to life, and to our entire team — from design to development — for putting it all together. We're genuinely proud of how it turned out.

The Timing Is Right

Home services isn't slowing down. If anything, the tailwinds are accelerating:

  • AI is reshaping marketing — and most agencies in this space haven't even started adapting. We're building AI into every stage of our system, from content production to lead intelligence to campaign optimization.
  • The great retirement — an entire generation of tradespeople is aging out, creating massive opportunity for the next wave of owners who think like operators.
  • The next gen is stepping up — more of our generation is realizing that owning an HVAC company or a roofing business beats a consulting gig. They're bringing modern expectations to a traditional industry, and they need a marketing partner who speaks their language.

Who This Is For

If you're a PE firm rolling up home service companies and need a marketing team that understands unit economics and speed to scale — we should talk.

If you're the next generation taking over the family business and you want to modernize without losing what made it work — we get it.

If you're an MBA who realized owning an HVAC company beats a McKinsey consulting gig — welcome. We've been waiting for you.

If you're a home service owner doing $1M+ who's tired of agencies that report impressions while your phone doesn't ring — that's exactly why we exist.

What's Next

The rebrand is live. The new site is at goduo.co. We'd love to hear what you think.

And this is just the beginning. We're rolling out new content, new tools, and new ways to help home service businesses outrun their competition. Stay tuned — there's a lot more coming.

If you want to see what a real marketing system looks like for your business, book a call. No pitch deck, no fluff — just a conversation about what's working and what's not.
